It is a sharp and piercing pain or boring sensation or burning sensation that comes from disorders of muscles, bones, joints, nerves, or other spinal structures on the back of our body. Back pain may be chronic or intermittent in nature. Back pain or pain can be classified as neck or cervical pain, back pain, lumbago or back pain, and tailed bone pain. Upper back pain can spread to the arms and hands and lower back pain can spread to the legs and feet. 3. Epidural abscess
4. Herniated disc
5. Traumatic injury such as a bone fracture

7. Multiple myeloma
8. Degenerative disc disease or osteoarthritis
9. Bowel/bladder incontinence
10. Lumber spine stenosis
11. Isthmic spondylolisthesis
12. Muscle crumps caused by wrong posture, hazardous work pattern.
13. Strained ligaments
14. Sciatica
15. Bone infection
16. Gynecological problems like ovarian cysts, pregnancy, etc.
17. Kidney or prostate problem
18. Chronic illnesses like tuberculosis, meningitis, peptic ulcers, etc.
19. Stress, obesity, and inactivity or lack of exercise are factors increasing the susceptibility towards developing backache.

Home remedies for back pain

1. Your back sponge alternately with hot and cold compresses to get help from back pain.

2. Drink one lemon juice with a pinch of ordinary salt to get rid of back pain.

3. Eat 2-3 garlic flakes every morning. This reduces back pain.

4. Fried 10 cloves of garlic in 60 grams of mustard oil. Leave it cool and then massage the oil with enthusiasm behind. Leave for 3 hours. Bath with warm water afterward. It checks back pain.

5. Consumption of myrobalan chebulic bits with food to get help from back pain.

6. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey in a glass of water and drink every morning. It relieves back pain.

7. Soak 30 GM wheat in water overnight. In the morning mix 30 GM from typical grass-typical and 30 grams of coriander in it and make the fine pasta of all ingredients. Boil the paste in milk 250 gm until the mixture is reduced into one third. Consume the mixture. This is a rewarding back of a useful back.

8. Rub Mint or Rumokil oil on the back to cure back pain.

9. Apply raw potato polytice package on the back and get help from back pain.

10. Massaging back with turpentine oil or Rumaton gold oil also relieves back pain.

11. Add a mixture of 1 GM from the content of the ginger powder web, 5 black peppercorn, and 5 cloves to your tea and take it twice a day. This is an effective home medicine for back pain.
